1. French Drains – Trenches that are at least a 8” wide with sloping depths, perforated corrugated fabric-covered drainage pipe, surrounded by crushed rock. They collect surface and subsurface water from low areas and distribute it by gravity.

2. Downspout Drains – Connect to gutter downspouts to direct water away from your home or building preventing water from building up and disturbing your foundation.

3. Surface Drains – Used to re-direct water from your property through a drain collection basin installed at ground level leading to an outlet that directs water to a ditch or storm water designated run-off area.

4. Dry Creek Beds – Heads Up design experts develop a natural looking dry creek bed to carry surface water away from your trouble areas off to a proper exit.
